Crimson
Rock Development (CRD) is owned and operated by Craig and
Laurie Bowen of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. After a successful
building career in Northern California, Craig met Laurie in
1997 and moved to Arizona for the weather and opportunities.
They created Crimson Rock Development to take advantage of
the incredible opportunities for building and development
of residential properties in the Tri-state area of Northwestern
Arizona. CRD endeavors to create unique living spaces,
individually designed for the needs and budget of each customer,
utilizing the finest craftsmanship and materials available.
From the first contact through the warranty period and beyond,
we strive to service each member of our customer "family,"
with honesty and integrity, so they are proud to say they
live in a Crimson Rock home.
The
first goal of CRD is to create and maintain satisfied customers.
This is accomplished simply by listening. While misunderstandings
and mistakes are inevitable, it is how they are addressed
that will make the difference between a negative and a positive
experience. Most often problems are solved with a straightforward
conversation. For this reason, superintendents during
construction, and a customer manager once the home is complete,
are assigned to address concerns and make your move-in as
easy as possible.
You
are provided with a full owner's manual as well as individual
instruction for features such as security systems or programmable
appliances. You will always have access to your customer
manager for questions or emergencies and Craig is available,
as well.
